Terms and conditions of sale
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms and conditions under which PH GROUPE allows its customers to benefit from all the services available on its website. The Customer declares that it is acting for personal purposes and that it has the legal capacity to commit itself under these GSC. Acceptance of the GCS is mandatory for any reservation.
Who are we?
This website (‘Site’) is operated by PH GROUPE, located at 22 Parc Industriel Rhône Vallée Sud, 07250 Le Pouzin, registered under number 929 881 878 R.C.S. Aubenas.
Booking and payment
Reservations: Reservations can be made online or by telephone. They must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. In the event of an invalid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the reservation date.
Payment: Rates are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the rates indicated on the invoice date.
The rates shown are per room, for the number of person(s) indicated, the date selected and any additional service(s).
- Non-cancellable, non-refundable rate: the full amount of the stay will be deducted at the time of booking.
- Standard rate: 50% of the cost of the stay will be deducted at the time of booking.
Tourist tax is payable directly at the Hotel.
Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the price is payable in cash on the day the Reservation is confirmed by the Customer, by cash, cheque or bank card (Visa, MasterCard).
Pantoufle Hôtel also reserves the right to deduct sums directly from the Customer’s bank account, with the Customer’s agreement. The Customer will then provide his/her bank details and proof of identity in order to prevent credit card fraud.
Cancellation conditions
The Customer undertakes to notify the Service Provider of any cancellation as soon as possible.
If the Event is cancelled through no fault of the Provider, the following conditions will apply:
- The full price is paid at the time of booking and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
- Standard rate :
– more than 14 days before the Event: the Provider will refund the Customer the full amount of the Event including VAT;
– Between 14 days and 7 days before the Event: the Provider will retain the 50% of the cost of the stay deducted at the time of booking.
– less than 7 days before the Event: the Provider will invoice and deduct the full amount (i.e. 100%) of the stay including tax from the Customer.
*Conditions vary according to the period. Please refer to the price list when booking.
Any Customer who does not appear on the day of the Event or who shortens the duration of their stay will be considered to have cancelled it and will be subject to the conditions of this Article.
Cancellation by the Provider
The Provider reserves the absolute right to cancel any Reservation without any reimbursement or compensation:
- in the absence of payment by the Customer of all sums due;
- if the purpose of the Customer’s stay is incompatible with the intended use of the premises, is contrary to public decency or is likely to disturb public order;
- if the Customer does not comply with the charges and general conditions of stay mentioned below.
Arrival and Departure
- Arrival time: from 3 p.m.
- Departure time: before 11 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability, at an additional cost.
Use of facilities
Fitness room and Sauna: Guests must comply with the rules of use displayed on the premises.
Pet policy
Pets are allowed at an additional cost, depending on their size. Please contact reception to validate the admission of our animal friends.
Child policy
A cot can be provided free of charge on request.
Liability
The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the safes provided in their rooms.
- The hotel does not exclude or limit its liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
- The hotel accepts no liability for damage to computers or devices used to access the site, or for loss of data.
- The hotel does not guarantee that the content is free of viruses or malicious software.
Access to the site may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons.
The hotel excludes all implied warranties and conditions regarding the site and its content, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

The use of this site and its content (text, data, logos, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) is subject to the following conditions:
- The content belongs to the hotel or to third parties who have granted a licence. It is made available for personal use only.
- Any reproduction, publication, transmission, modification or distribution of the content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
- The commercial names and logos displayed on the site are trademarks of the hotel.

- The Site may contain links to third party websites for your convenience.

Use of this site
- The Site must be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Any fraudulent or harmful activity is prohibited.
- Users must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information when registering or enrolling.
- Users must have the necessary rights to submit or publish material on the site.
- Users agree to indemnify the hotel for any claim or loss arising from the breach of these obligations.
Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, after contacting the hotel’s management and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman proposed by the CM2C, who may be contacted:

Invalidity and waiver
If any of these conditions is held by a court or regulatory body to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. No waiver of any of these conditions shall be effective unless in writing by us and no waiver (or failure to enforce) shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
The right of withdrawal does not apply.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, you do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Confidentiality and security
The way in which we collect and process your personal data and protect your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We also have a Cookie Policy which governs the use of cookies and other tracking technologies, which may be used on our Site.
Dispute
In the event of any dispute between you and us concerning these Terms, French law will apply. If you wish to bring legal proceedings against us, you must do so in France, except to the extent that the law applicable in your country of residence requires the mandatory application of another law and/or jurisdiction and/or language and that requirement cannot be legally excluded under these Terms, in which case that law and/or jurisdiction and/or language will apply, to the extent legally required.
