Guests come to the hotel to experience another culture. The restaurant needs to contribute to that experience, maximizing their immersion in the local way of life, right down to the cuisine. We’re really blessed to have everything on site. Caillette meatballs, garlic, fresh herbs, poultry... it’s all right here! I love making people smile and sharing the village’s identity through the dishes I create with the help of our great team of pantouflards.”
